Danby House is a privately owned self-catering holiday home located in Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape, South Africa.
The property accommodates a maximum of 6 (six), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Website Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information, photographs, descriptions and availability displayed on this website are accurate and up to date.
However, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be completely accurate or free from errors. Property features, facilities and availability may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.
3. Booking Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking will only be confirmed once:
* Availability has been confirmed by us;
* The agreed booking terms have been accepted;
* Any required deposit or payment has been received; and
* You have received written confirmation of your booking.
4. Guest Responsibility
The person making the booking must be at least **18 years old** and is responsible for all guests staying at the property during the booking.
Guests agree to:
* Treat Danby House and its contents with reasonable care and respect;
* Ensure that the maximum agreed number of guests is not exceeded;
* Follow any reasonable property, complex or safety rules provided before or during their stay;
* Report any damage, breakages or problems as soon as reasonably possible.
Danby House is a family home that we are pleased to share with our guests. We ask that all guests enjoy the property and treat it with the same care and consideration they would show in their own home.
5. Damage and Loss
Guests may be held responsible for any loss, damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of their actions, or the actions of members of their party.
Any charges relating to damage or loss will be discussed with the lead guest and, where applicable, may be deducted from a security deposit or charged separately.
6. Conduct and Use of the Property
Danby House may not be used for parties, events or any unlawful purpose without prior written permission.
Guests must behave in a respectful manner and avoid causing unnecessary disturbance to neighbours or other residents within the complex.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property where serious misconduct, damage, excessive disturbance or a breach of these Terms and Conditions occurs.
7. Swimming Pool and Safety
Guests use the swimming pool and all property facilities at their own risk.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when using or being near the swimming pool.
Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of members of their party.
8. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay.
To the extent permitted by law, Danby House and its owners cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings unless caused directly by our negligence.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, accommodation platforms, activities, restaurants or other services.
These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control or accept responsibility for the content, availability or services provided by third parties.
10. Availability and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We will make every reasonable effort to provide the accommodation as booked.
However, circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally make the property unavailable or unsuitable for occupation. This may include events such as severe weather, natural disasters, utility failures, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where this occurs, we will communicate with the lead guest as soon as reasonably possible and discuss the available options.

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including photographs, text, branding and design, is owned by or used with permission by Danby House.
